Savaé Design – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
🛑 Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee cancellations. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at savaedesign@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you before the order is processed.
📦 Returns for Non-Personalized Items
At Savaé Design, we aim to bring joy and inspiration with every piece. If you're not completely satisfied with a non-personalized item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it.
🌍 International Orders
International orders are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.
Free return shipping is available for eligible returns.
Please note that personalized items remain non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
💎 Personalized Items
Because personalized jewelry is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production begins.
However, if your personalized order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no extra cost.
If you're unhappy with your custom piece for any reason, please reach out to us at savaedesign@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
🔁 Return & Refund Process
To start a return or exchange request, please email savaedesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (may take a few business days).
