🛍️ Production & Processing
Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order or personalized, which results in varied production times.
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, but custom items may require a few additional days.
To check the estimated delivery date of an item, visit the product page. The estimated shipping time will appear above the “Add to Cart” button when available.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping by default. Expedited options may appear at checkout if eligible.
⚠️ Please note: Expedited shipping speeds up delivery after production is complete. It does not shorten the time required to craft your order.
📦 Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately as they become ready.
You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
🔍 Tracking & Lost Packages
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, we recommend:
- Waiting 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early),
- Checking with your local post office or building management,
- Contacting the carrier for further info.

International delivery times vary depending on country and customs clearance.
Savaé Design is not responsible for delays or import duties. Customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
📭 Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
