Terms of service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
Welcome to Savaé Design. These Terms of Service explain the terms on which you may use our website and purchase our jewellery and related products.
1. ABOUT US
Savaé Design is a trading name of Seller Learning LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14635265. Our registered office is Suite E2851, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Our VAT registration number is GB512505432.
You can contact us at savaedesign@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page.
2. THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to your use of savaedesign.com and to orders placed through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your country of residence to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information and for keeping any account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We take reasonable care to display and describe our products accurately. Colours, scale and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and the handmade or natural characteristics of some materials. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product availability may change. We may withdraw a product, limit quantities or correct an obvious description or pricing error before dispatch. These rights do not affect orders already accepted except where permitted by law.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting the order or dispatch the product, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, we identify an obvious error, we cannot deliver to the address provided, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Please review personalisation details, spelling and delivery information carefully before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change; changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfilment has begun.
6. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order. Delivery charges, applicable taxes and any other charges known to us will be shown before you confirm payment. For international orders, import VAT, customs duties or local handling fees may be charged by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
Payment must be authorised using one of the methods offered at checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect accepted orders.
7. PERSONALISED AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some items are personalised or made to order. Production estimates are shown on the relevant product page where available. Personalised products made to your specifications may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation or return rights, but this exclusion does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our voluntary returns period is 30 calendar days from delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Refund Policy.
If you are a UK or EEA consumer purchasing online, you will normally have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. You must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. Personalised or custom-made products and other legally exempt goods may be excluded. Please see our Refund Policy or contact us for cancellation and return instructions.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are covered by applicable statutory rights, which may extend beyond our voluntary 30-day returns period. Our policies do not replace or reduce those rights.
9. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RISK
Processing, production and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy and on relevant product pages. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to address delays and will provide any remedies required by applicable law.
For consumer orders, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until the goods are delivered into your physical possession or to a person you identify to receive them, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem or the parcel has not arrived.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content, including our brand names, product names, designs, photographs, graphics, text and layout, are owned by or licensed to Seller Learning LTD and are protected by applicable UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where allowed by law.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that could damage, disable or compromise the website or another user. You must not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security features, collect personal data without authority, or infringe the rights of others.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our legal rights.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases from Savaé Design are contracts with Seller Learning LTD, not Shopify. Shopify and other providers may process information or provide payment, delivery, reviews, analytics or other functionality subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for content or services supplied independently by third parties, except where the law makes us responsible.
13. PRIVACY
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Where Shopify processes personal information for its own purposes, its Consumer Privacy Policy may also apply.
14. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses suffered by consumers. If you use products for commercial purposes, additional limitations permitted by law may apply.
Nothing on the website is professional, medical or financial advice.
15. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, keep affected customers informed where appropriate and provide cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless required by law.
17. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and contracts between you and Seller Learning LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that consumers residing elsewhere may retain the benefit of mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where applicable.
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern promptly.
